WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND BUCKS ROOFING & EXTERIORS FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS... ABOUT 3 YEARS AGO MY HUSBAND & I NEEDED A NEW ROOF ON OUR HOME IN MANISTEE MI. WE CALLED MANY ROOFING CONTRACTORS IN THE AREA WHO WERE ONLY WILLING TO GIVE A VERBAL ESTIMATE ON THE PHONE AN DIDNT EVEN TAKE THE TIME TO ACTUALLY PERSONALLY COME TO OUR HOME TO MEET WITH US OR INSPECT OUR ROOF. WHEN WE CONTACTED CLIFF BUCK OF BUCKS ROOFING HE CAME OVER IN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME -THAT SAME DAY- TO INSPECT OUR ROOF,BROUGHT VARIOIUS BOOKLETS,EXPLAINED EVERTHING THEY WOULD DO AND GAVE US A WRIITEN ESTIMATE ON THE SPOT! HE PROJECTED HIMESELF IN A POSITIVE PROFESSIONAL MANNER WITH ABSOLUTE KNOWLEDGE ABOUT ROOFS. HENCE WE HIRED HIM AN HIS TEAM TO DO OUR ROOF. WE ARE MORE THAN GLAD WE DID AS THEY DID A SUPER AWESOME JOB AN OUR ROOF IS GREAT! THEY CLEANED UP EVERYTHING,WERE CAREFUL WITH OUR VEGETATION IN THE AREA AN PROTECTED OUR DRIVEWAY WITH DUMPSTER PLACEMENT. CLIFF EVEN TOOK THE TIME TO PERSONALLY SEND US PICTURES OF OUR ROOF BEFORE DURING AND AFTER THE JOB! THIS PAST MONTH WHEN WE WERE HOME WE CALLED CLIFF IF HE COULD COME OVER TO INSPECT OUR ROOF AN HE ALONG WITH HIS TEAM CAME THERE FIRST THING IN THE MORNING! WE ARE THANKFUL OUR ROOF IS IN FANTASTIC SHAPE...HOWEVER WHEN HIS TEAM WAS ON OUR ROOF THEY NOTICED OUR NEIGHBORS ROOF (OUR NEIGHBOR IS CURRENTLY EXPERIENCING SOME MEDICAL ISSUES) HAD SOME SIGNIFICANT PROBLEMS...BELIEVE IT OR NOT OUT OF THE KINDNESS OF HIS HEART CLIFF INSTRUCTED HIS TEAM TO GO ON OUR NEIGHBORS ROOF TO DO TEMPORARY REPAIRS FOR NO CHARGE! THAT IN ITSELF SHOWS THAT CLIFF BUCK, HIS WIFE KAT AND HIS TEAM ARE THE BUSINESS TO CONTACT FOR YOUR ROOFING NEEDS! WE ARE EXTREMELY IMPRESSED AND MORE THAN SATISFIED WITH BUCKS ROOFING! I highly recommend Buck’s Exteriors. They were timely, professional, and communicated well. The team showed up and had the old roof off and the new roof on in the same day. The owner came through after and did a follow up to ensure everything was completed to the specification. Their eye for details was impressive. The owner made sure all of the caulking and debris was cleaned from the house and they left the house in Preston’s condition.
